Fatigue Tests
AMF designed and manufactured in-house its own fatigue test units.
The first unit already passed 500'000'000 cycles !!
Several machines are available offering a large testing capacity.
These machines allow to perform fatigue tests simultaneoulsy on 12 prothesis, with different and individual loads.
The machines are NC controlled, and the data are computerized. The machine stops as soon as the data collected are out of the specifications, for example due to a failure on a part.
Calibration references up to 1500kg are used to verify the accuracy of the measuring gauges.
