Staple Workshop
The fatigue test units are developped and manufactured in-house at AMF. (2009 : 3 test units with 4 stations on each). The first unit already passed 500'000'000 cycles !!
These machines allow to perform fatigue tests simulataneoulsy on 4 prothesis, with different and individual loads.
The machines are NC controlled, and the data are computerized. The machine stops as soon as the data collected are out of the specifications, for example due to a failure on a part.
Calibration references up to 1500kg are used to verify the accuracy of the measuring gauges
